做法: 將所有材料在碗裡攪拌均勻,蓋上保潔膜靜置30分鐘後使用。牛奶可以用豆漿或水取代。3/4杯高筋麵粉+1/4杯雜糧粉可以被1杯高筋麵粉或1/2杯全麥麵粉+1/2杯高筋麵粉取代。
Method: Stir all the ingredients in a bowl to combine. Cover the bowl and sit for 30 minutes before use. The milk can be substituted with soy milk or water. ¾ cup of bread flour + ¼ cup of grain powder can be substituted with 1 cup of bread flour or ½ cup of whole wheat flour + ½ cup of bread flour.

Method: Add 1 tsp of oil and ½ cup of Soft Flat Pancake Batter in a heated pan. Tile the pan to make the batter distribute evenly. Pan-fry over low heat until both sides are golden brown.
